Who Owns the Rights to The Design?

Good question. We do. It's just like when you bought your first vinyl album, cassette, CD, or digital album of your favorite musician. You get the songs to listen to forever. But you don't own the songs - the musician does. You can't re-record the album and start selling it on the street.

We provide flat, print-ready files for design-only products. For products we print for you, we reserve the right to the native source (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) files. We have usage rights available for purchase if you need something different.
