How long does the process take?

TLDR; An order for a single product is designed, printed, and shipped in about 2 weeks. 

If you need something sooner, upgrade the design and shipping options and mention a desired in-hand date in the order comments.

Design Process Overview

Once you place your order, it takes four (4) business days to design concepts for your first product. We’ll email the design options to you and go through a revision process on the design of your choice. Once you approve the design, printing, and delivery takes between 5-7 business days for most products.

When you order multiple products, we design one product at a time. Typically we start with your prayer card. You'll receive a concept in four (4) business days after you approve each product. This allows us to get your next proof to you sooner and reduces the number of revisions required if we were to design all the secondary items at once. If you have a specific priority in mind, let us know in the order comments.

The four (4) day turnaround begins the business day after you place your order. For example, if you place an order on Monday, you can expect your concept(s) on Friday.

Rush Options

If you're like us, you sometimes procrastinate and forget to do that important thing your spouse told you to do a few weeks ago. We get it, we've been there. Most of the time we can help in three 3 ways. Rush design, rush production, and expedited shipping, purchase print files. If you are interested in rush options, mention an in-hands date for your order. Keep in mind that it might save time to ship the order to where you will be if you're travelling.

Rush Design

We offer two options for rush design. For an additional $49, you can receive your design option(s) two business days after you place your order. For an additional $99, you can receive your design option(s) one business day after you place your order. Design options are sent via email by the end of the business day.

Rush Printing

For rush production, we can add a small run of 100 cards to your order for $79 - $109 depending on the size.  

Expedited Delivery

We can upgrade the shipping on any order to 2-day or Next Day Air shipping. These options are available at checkout, or you can upgrade before you approve your design. 

Purchase Print Files

If our rush options can't meet your deadline, we offer a discount on high-resolution, flattened print files when added to an existing new or reprint order for $39.
